What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment without being charged. Appointments canceled or changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at full price.

Why aren’t you open on the weekends?

Our schedule is set to work best for our staff, most of whom are moms with young and school age children. Our Housekeepers finish their day at HP Housekeeping at 4:00 and don’t work weekends. They are home with their families when they are needed and enjoy a great work/life balance.

Do I need to be home when the housekeepers arrive?

No, you do not. Many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. Please be sure to leave accurate instructions so we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time.

What sets Vella housekeepers apart from other cleaning services?

Our Housekeepers are full-time employees of Vella. They are bonded, insured, & background checked. They are trained to work quickly & effectively while paying attention to details.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

No, you do not need to provide any supplies. We bring all products, equipment, and materials needed to do the job right. You can learn more about the products we use here

Will I have to wait during a window for the team to arrive?

Nope! We offer exact scheduling, meaning if your three hour appointment is at 8:30 am, we’ll arrive at 8:30 am and be done at 11:30 am sharp.

Is it ok if my pet is home when you clean?

Yes, absolutely. We are very pet-friendly and look forward to meeting you and your pet!
